In this role, Jaisie will oversee the community’s financial strategy and operations, supporting long-term financial sustainability, continued growth and commitment to an inclusive retirement community rooted in kindness and compassion.

A seasoned professional, Jaisie holds more than 20 years of experience in senior living and nonprofit finance. Known for her results-oriented approach and ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful organizational insight, she combines technical expertise with strategic vision across financial planning, treasury management, regulatory compliance, system implementations and board-level communication.
Previously, Jaisie served as the Chief Financial Officer at Channing House in Palo Alto, a continuing care retirement community. In that role, she directed the financial, marketing, and technology functions of the organization, partnering closely with board trustees, resident committees and executive leadership on financial performance, strategic planning and the annual budget.
Jaisie has built a career on identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings, leading high-stakes initiatives that include capital projects, system migrations and loan covenant negotiations. Driven by a belief that strong financial stewardship is at the heart of every high-performing organization, Jaisie said she believes the best results come from empowering teams with the right data, tools and leadership.
