Architect of Record (and Collaborative Designer):HKIT 

In continuous practice in the Bay Area since 1948, HKIT Architects brings enthusiasm, commitment and invaluable experience to every project and has been instrumental in the vision for Enso Village. The firm maintains an average of 50 professional staff dedicated to design and client relationships. Their size and structure allow for a level of specialization and client attentiveness characteristic of small firms, while affording the strength and flexibility of a larger group of professionals.

Associated Architect (and Lead Designer): Mithun  

As Project architects for Enso Village, Mithun is a mission-driven, design-first firm committed to delivering the highest caliber work with the smartest, nicest and most collaborative teams in the profession. The firm’s practice is founded on a process of listening. “Listening to our clients, communities, environment, partners, and teams – it’s in our DNA.”

Landscape Architecture: Gates & Associates 

Gates and Associates, landscape architects for Enso Village, consists of a tribe of 35+ creatives coming together to make life better with one simple goal – getting people outside. The firm’s forte is connecting clients to the nature around them. The root of their designs is based on the primary function of the space, the user experience, and then grown organically into a design that suits those needs.

Interior Design: Perkins Eastman  

A global firm with a multidisciplinary philosophy, Perkins Eastman has been engaged as the interior designer for Enso Village. In addition to their extensive experience in senior housing, they have studied “Centers for Healthy Living” in operation throughout the country and have incorporated their learnings into their design practice.
