The social movement in the 1960s was the catalyst that supported the flourishing of Zen in America as a new generation of seekers began to question the expectations, institutions, and assumptions of their time. Today, that questioning spirit is alive and well and living at Ensō Village in Healdsburg. And for that, we are deeply grateful.
In this Thanksgiving season of the first year in the life of this community, we want to extend collective gratitude to all who believed this vision could be realized, including the residents who have quickly become the living proof of this promise. Thank you.
