She learns about their unique partnership that will bring the nation’s first Zen-inspired CCRC Life Plan community to Healdsburg in California’s Wine Country. With 95% of its capacity already reserved — even before groundbreaking — this is obviously an idea whose time has come.
Steve points out that Enso Village is being developed to have social impact and be environmentally sustainable. He says, “The project will be financed with certified green bonds. This is a first as far as we know for any senior living community startup. There’ll be solar. It’s an all-electric community. It’s being designed to be net zero.”
