Thanks to Executive Chef Kyle Evans and Garden Manager Aris Curtis, not only is there an all-vegetarian bistro inspired by Greens Restaurant in San Francisco, but all meals here—omnivore or other—are prepared with culinary excellence and sustainability in mind.

About Kyle & Aris
Kyle Evans brings over 30 years of culinary experience to Ensō Village. He graduated from New England Culinary Institute, was awarded Most Creative in his class and completed his internship in France at a Michelin-rated restaurant.

Aris Curtis, Ensō Village’s Kitchen Garden Manager, has a degree in sustainable agriculture & food systems from UC Davis.
